The Wifi card is not standard hardware and cannot be replaced. There is a fix but it disabled the bluetooth functionality. We will perform a remote session to fix this wifi issue with bluetooth disabled for any customers reporting the problem. ALL ZENBOOK laptops exhibit this design flaw regardless of where they are purchased. We are likely the only company attempting to remedy the issue for its customer.
